Excellent and Helpful

We decided to try this for a month, and my husband and I both lost about 3 kg and my husbands blood work went to normal, we slept better, felt better and full of life, went back to the diet we had before and could not believe the difference, I could not believe that what I always believed to be feeling good was suddenly making me feel tired, sick, down ect, so we then switched fully to a while food plant based diet and I lost 10kg in a year and my husband lost 15kg, we are excited to see how things will go further, and even our kids are healthy, full of energy and enjoys the food, I let them help me in the kitchen and they love it,

I would recommend it to everyone even just to try it for a month and then decide, I grew up as meat being the most important part of a meal, and was completely against it, but my husband said lets just try for a month and see for ourselves if it really works, and its the best choice i ever made! I don’t have period pains anymore either!

What we also do is, if we are invited for a meal at friends or family we eat what they make, we barely told anyone that we changed how we eat, but people now ask us how we do it and then we can share the story, and i invite them over for meals and cook whole food plant based and so far everyone has enjoyed the food and was surprised

The audio book I love, I listen to it and also how not to die often, when I clean the house or cook it plays and I am still learning new things and it helps when I get tempted to just give up and go back to the old diet. Also the way that Dr Gregor reads the book makes you want to listen more and again!
