The best health book I’ve ever read

Wow this book is amazing.
Very well researched, entertaining and engaging.
And the topic is soon important.
Love it and highly recommend it to absolutely everyone.

Great Book with a simple plan

I have had a fair share of dietbooks and plans while some worked in some way they never did the trick. This is a structure and a strategy plus a plan which works. It’s a dry topic with lots of facts science background and so on but well written and also well red by the speaker.

Enlightening

After going through this book, i can understand why the many diets i followed didn't give me the results that i was expecting. Management of microbione is essential to any diet and good health.
Even though the author was biased towards vegan diet and hypocrite in some points, i still gained a lot of knowledge and insight and will definitely update my diet plans with he help of the guidelines mentioned.

low content, chaotic, agressive reader

the speaker is hard to stand, machine gun style of hammering fakts in some kind of mantra. all I took away is to eat more fiber based food no matter what kind. very little more than i got from the book title already. annoying last 20 minutes of advertising the cook book
