Best book in its genre!

I love the fact that the author is also the narrator! Makes it even more convincing to listen. Her tone is perfectly paced to give advice. Without even finishing the book, I could follow the super easy hacks and see results after 5 days! I’m already convinced that this is the way forward and will stick to this routing for the rest of my life. 😄 This book is so easy to follow and its recipes are extremely well explained with lots of humour to it! I haven’t tried them all but I have lots of inspiration for my next meals! I would hardly recommend this book to anyone who’s like me, was fed up with all the craving spikes, fatigue, excess of fat around the belly and confused about their current diet and body weight! Don’t wait a minute! Just read it and you’ll see the logic behind it!

pretty dangerous advice

this to me seems like a strategy to just continue eating the unhealthy shit that you wanna eat. don't be fooled that this is a health promoting diet. it has potential to become pretty disordered eating.

she's not completely stupid of course, some of the things she says are correct. of course if you add protein fiber or fat to a meal, they will slow down your digestion because they take more effort from your body to break down. but to add fat and protein to all meals is seriously dangerous advice. too much of those slow down your digestive organs over time and they will have more difficulty doing their job. also your cells will be over saturated with fat, which means glucose will not be able to enter the cells anymore through the help of insulin = the real cause of insulin Resistance = diabetes.
short term benefits of lowering your blood sugar should not be prioritized over long-term health benefits.
