Very helpful
I loved the book and the caring way the author imparts her knowledge on and emotionally takes care of the reader. I felt seen and understood. If you feel that your relationship with your mother might be problematic, this book is for you. It is freeing to know that you don't have to be stuck in your old ways and that a cure is out there.
I also had to speed up the audio but I do this with all books that I listen to.

narcissism plus women
Explains narcissism in a understandable and empathetic way, focusing on women. It contains a lot of case descriptions and therefore transmits the imparted theoretical knowledge very well. The author has an agreeable voice, yet I needed to accelerate the speed of the speech for ot to be bearable.
