Immensly important topic, which was very well presented and explained. Trauma needs to be more realised, recognized and tought about.

Really important topic which is presented really hands-on
For me only the first & last part the middle felt like filled with stories that weren’t really valuable to me. But all in all great to listen

Unaufgeregt und wahr
Der Vorleser geht das sehr gut an. Je nach Englischkenntnissen empfiehlt es sich, die Geschwindigkeit etwas runter zu drehen. Ich hole mir jetzt doch die deutsche Übersetzung, um wirklich alles zu verstehen, denn das ist es wert. Ich weiß schon wirklich viel über das Thema und bin daher froh über jedes Medium, das geeignet ist, die Botschaft weiter in die Welt zu tragen.
Fundiert, verständlich formuliert, wahrhaftig. So soll es sein.

The thoroughness of the content about trauma.
The book is great. However, I think it too much summarized in the audio version. I will definitely read the hard copy once.
