a little too short.

The book is one of the best in it's field. There are great concepts, but the abridged version crams everything together. Good to listen as a summary.

Great impulses for system thinking

I will definitely revisit this book a few times. I found it full of helpful advice, interesting concepts, and overall well structured.
For anyone interested in systems thinking and learning in organizations, give it a go!
