Loved everything. I could visualise the pain abbatha had to go through. Also the graphic description of violence. You could literally see it happening in front of you. Fantastic book!

I didn't like the heavy use of life/nature magic elements as it adds a fantasy vibe to a historical horror story i find could easely do without.
The writing style is very action oriented, like movie scenes in a way.
