The audiobook is worth it

The audio book is very exciting, helpful and pleasant to listen to. After the first daily practice and the 20-minute meditation, I feel really very very calm, relaxed and tired (both, body and mind). Although I don't have a routine yet, this one time has already been enough to regulate my nervous system (parasympathetic) for the moment. I can only recommend Anna Runkle's audio book to trauma survivors.

So important

I would highly recommend this to mental health workers as well as patients. (eben if you have watched alot of her videos already) Like Anna said, I don't agree with everything she says all the time but the way she empowers you to take action and guides you to improve your life is a huge life-saver. I always feel like she provides the motherly advice I never had (you don't do everything your mom says too right?). The daily practise changed my life, like she promised. I feel less alone and scared with that in my toolbelt. And Anna is such a good reader. Her voice is so warm and comforting. Totally worth your money!
