End to end interdisciplinary productteams are key!
Excellent overview on what it takes to successfully materialize on the potential of your people.
It’s products who earn the salary of people who build, manufacture, support, market, and sell them - hence, it is quite obvious to involve the people along the entire product value chain is key to create and capture the value of products!

Feels like forever
The key learnings of this book are pretty useful. Nevertheless, I feel like they could have discussed them in a quarter of the book with the same outcome. Long lists and useless examples or endless details on how to structure a team are simply not helpful to understand the whole point, which has been stated before.
