    Steven Ferguson is a Marine Combat veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, having served 9 years in the Marine Corps as an infantry Marine and combat instructor. During this time, he was deployed twice to Afghanistan and once to Europe. Steven was medically retired from active service in April 2019 and has since founded and co-founded five ventures. Among them is Honorguard Coffee, a mission-driven brand inspired by my experience training my service dog, Venus, and her impact on his life.

    Honorguard Coffee is built around utilizing a portion of the profits from the sale of coffee to pair veterans with service dogs. These dogs play a vital role in addressing the veteran suicide crisis, and as such, Stevan and his business partner are currently training a service dog for a Marine they served in 2013. In addition to Steven's entrepreneurial endeavors, he is actively involved in the veteran-focused nonprofit community, providing consulting services to enhance the reach and operational efficiency of organizations dedicated to supporting veterans.

    Richard is an expert in telemarketing, leadership, gamification, and customer service, blending business with his love for pinball machines and antique jukeboxes, which he uses to motivate his team. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Richard also gives back to his high school alma mater, Abington Senior High, where he was recently inducted into their Hall of Fame for Business.

    Jeremy Stalnecker, CEO of the Mighty Oaks Foundation, aids America’s military and families battling combat-related wounds like PTSD. A Marine Corps veteran, he served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, acquiring leadership skills. As a USMC Infantry Officer, Jeremy received a Veteran Navy Commendation Medal with a “V” for Combat Valor. Transitioning to ministry after the military, he counseled at Coastline Baptist, then served as Senior Pastor at Bay Area Baptist Church.

    Feeling the calling, Jeremy merged his ministry and military background, leading Mighty Oaks Foundation full-time where today he strives to provide healing for veterans and their families to battle PTSD and veteran suicide. Additionally, Jeremy is often a speaker on the topic of leadership and discipleship.

She began her career as a ceramic teacher in adult education, eventually teaching social and life skills in a male jail for 14 years.

    Cath's perspective on life changed dramatically when her father announced his gender reassignment treatment. This, along with her son's severe neck injury in 2017, shifted her focus to supporting families through difficult changes. Cath writes, talks, and shares how such changes can feel like a bereavement process. She helps families end their sadness, restore calm, and live confident, lively lives.

    Cath has appeared on local radio, Radio 5 Live, BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour, and many podcasts. She promotes the importance of self-honesty and communication to maintain emotional, mental, and physical balance, ensuring a smoother family life.
