    Ang didn’t start training in the gym until she was in her 40’s! But after feeling and seeing such a difference in her physical appearance as well as her mental health she became a huge advocate for women lifting weights, no matter their circumstances.

    Last year, Ang did what many wouldn’t dare to do….she picked up the study books again for the first time in 40 years and qualified as a Personal Trainer. Now she continues to inspire her family, fellow carers and now….her clients.
