    Welcome to the second episode of this series called "The Power of Energy Healing Modalities for Optimal Well-BEing!

    Have you ever thought about the power that lies within your very own sacred breath?

    How it has the ability to heal your body physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually?

    The breath is your connection to not just your body, but to all living things around you. It is with our breath that we can create connection, time, space, and consciousness.

    Consciously connecting to your breath allows you to be in the present moment and just BE. Your breath is a gift from the Creator, not just for your survival, but to support your well-being as a healing modality. It has the power to calm your nervous system, bring clarity and self-awareness, bring you peace, help you handle with unideal, stressful situations and so much more.

    Join me in this special episode as I share my own personal journey exploring the power of my breath and how it's helping me heal anxiety, stress, and get through challenging times in motherhood! I'll also share a few breathing techniques that I've learned and have helped me bring more calm, peace, and energy.

    Does anxiety, stress, overwhelm get the best of you?

    Do you wish there was a way for your anxiety to just go away?

    Do you tend to have a busy mind and busy body always on the move you feel you're only time to rest is at bedtime?

    I can yes to all of the above! This is true for me before I started dedicating time to put into practice new habits that have helped me decrease my anxiety significantly, meditation being one of them.

    This short 20 minute guided mediation is to help you release tension in your body so that you can feel relaxed and grounded ready to continue on with your day. Feel free to try it as part of your bedtime routine!

  • Try this if you want to start your day with positivity and peace

    Does your morning often start with a busy mind leading you to feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed with your "to-do" list for the day?

    Do your mornings tend to get chaotic with getting yourself ready and your kids ready for school?

    From the moment you get out of bed do you feel like the light switch has turned ON and you are in GO mode?

    This is the season I have been in since my son started school. When I realized that starting my day in "GO" mode from the moment I woke up made me feel anxious and stressed, I knew this wasn't healthy for me nor was it going to be sustainable. My nervous system was constantly in fight-or-flight, which impacted my mood, my interactions with others, and my ability to make conscious decisions that I knew were good for my health and self-care. I didn't have the energy to do them, nor did I want to.

    In this episode, I share my personal morning rituals that I practice to help me start my day with joy, gratitude, and calm. This helps me start the day with a positive mindset and uplifting energy which carries me through my day. I am more focused and calm when handling challenging and stressful situations and I am able to continue with my healthy habits.
