Liebe, Salzwasser und Freundschaft
Ein Buch über Träume, Hoffnungen, verpasste Chancen, Inselliebe, wunderschöne Landschaften, sympathische Protagonisten, die wahre Liebe im Leben (Freundschaft) und über den Geschmack von Sommer. Einzig die Art, wie die Sprecherin Felix gesprochen hat, fand ich unsexy und störend. Ansonsten war es ein echter Hörgenuss 💗💗💗💗

Super nice summer read
I enjoyed the story a lot. The characters go through some character development. The speaker did a great job narrating the story.

Sommerlektüre
I loved the location(s) Prince Edward Island and Toronto. The love- and friendship-story itself would be great, if there were not so many jumps in time in the past and even the present: 5 years ago, nine days ago, ( so far so good) 4 years ago, nine days ago, 3 yesrs ago, now, 5 days ago, 3 yeaes ago, now, 5 days ago. My head was spinning and the story difficult to follow. When the story of 5 yesrs, 4 yesrs etc was told, why going back there again? And it was not as if the time jumps would reveal anything mind blowing.
Then i did not like how the characters meet over and over and over again, they shag, and that's it. We shagged, no one must find out, see you next year. In between, party, barbecue thanksgiving, but nothing really interesting or funny happens. So many meet ups but no progress at all! The characters do not really develop, neither does the relstionship. That goes on for hours. Just when I was about to stop listening, there it comes: progress! So the last 1,5-2 hours were OK. Take the first hour snd the last two, and skip all in between. Nice idea of the love story, but it got killed.

Nur eine Liebesgeschichte, nett erzählt, wird mir aber nicht in Erinnerung bleiben. Leichte Sommerlektüre für Strandtage.
