Über diesen Titel
Invitation in hand, it’s time for Eve and friends to travel north in search of the legendary Dragonwrought. With a single-minded focus, they’ll trek deep into the mountains, willfully ignoring the onslaught of side quests threatening to derail their journey.
The only things anybody knows about the illusive Dragonwrought, greatest of all the adventuring companies in Leshk, are their deep connections to the dragons that roam the skies beyond their keep, and that they haven’t deemed take a new recruit in decades.
But nobody’s sure exactly how many decades.
Whatever awaits Eve at her new guild, there’s certain to be plenty of foot elementals, lungeons, and other patently ridiculous challenges to overcome and rewards to reap - assuming anyone can figure out what a lungeon even is.

A very nice escalation of ridiculousness
This third and middle(?) book of this broken trilogy is a fantastic fantastical continuation of what came before.
The book had me laughing out loud and maniacally chuckling to myself as possessed by the devouring flame.
If you liked the previous books you will very much like this one.
Without spoiling anything let me just say the book pays off some of the previous hints and kicks off a new chapter without itself feeling like just something between the intro and the story proper (a trap that some other series fell into at this stage) or inconsequential compared to what's to come.
I am excited for the next book already :)

Hoped for more
I loved the first and second book and was really looking forward to hearing this one.
The narrator is great still but the story...
I got the feeling the author didn't take enough notes in the side to keep track of everything. For example sometimes Wes is been driven crazy by the teachings just to shortly after that burn for what feels like an eternity and absolutely nothing happens. Eve loses her beloved coins (but only mourns the scones that are in a bag we learnt before she didnt have with her) just to have them back a few chapters after that.
I'm just not a big fan of inconsistencies and the characters that worked so well together und were funny and loveable just... Stopped being that for me. It all feels kinda forced, I started to get angry at Eve for her behavior and feeling of being something better than anyone else in book two already but it won't stop. But why should it with her becoming more and more powerful (or should I say overpowered?). At the same time being able to do nearly everything's won't stop her from getting hit because her abilities aren't quiet as grand as advertised or to even have foes to fight the author needs to tune her abilities down for some fights.
I'm kind of frustrated and pretty sure I will return book four I already bought in anticipation because I liked it so much in the beginning
