Perception and Awareness
I recently left the Army, which subconsciously began changing who I was as a person to my core both mentally and spiritually, it felt overwhelming and out of control, it almost felt as a new awakening to reality and its complexities and its interconnectedness. I developed new fears, anxieties and even battled suicidal ideations. It felt as if the universe emptied its knowledge as a bag of puzzle pieces into my brain and now I have to put the puzzle together again. It felt impossibly overwhelming. I needed to find out who I was changing into as a man as a husband and as a member to society. I needed some grounding, and this book brought that. It’s grounded me and allowed this ocean of change to be formed into something controllable and meaningful for myself, my family, and as a contributing member to society. God Bless

Its just a big advertisement ...
Its just one of the worst books I read in the last years.
At least 1/3 of the book feels like advertisement for his programs etc. It is annoying. The information, he gives is okay. There are a few actually good parts of this book. I struggled really long finishing this book and I was disapointed.
