Pierce faithfully represents the characters of her story, injecting such quantities of wonder and sadness into her voice that no listener could remain unmoved.

Gut, bisschen viel Welt der Götter
Wie oben geschrieben spielt ein großer Teil der Geschichte nicht in Tortall oder sonst wo in der Welt der Zweibeiner, sondern in der Welt der Götter. Das klärt ein paar Fragen, natürlich und vor allem zu Danas Herkunft, hätte aber auch kürzer gestaltet werden können. Die Ideen an sich sind gewohnt sympathisch und gut ausgearbeitet, die zarte Liebesgeschichte nimmt nicht zuviel Raum ein (es ist nun mal kein Liebesroman, sondern eine Fantasy-Story😁), und das Ende fasst alles schön zusammen..
Fazit: nicht überragend, aber eine gute Geschichte und ein gelungener Abschluss!
