I will listen to this book again a d again

Before I got this book, I had planned to spend 400€ on an armchair, and fill the last empty corner of my living room with a reading nook. Now that corner is my floor sitting area, filled with an old blanket and a small table that I never used.
I may not implement all of the tips of this book overnight, but just listening to it has impacted a few small things in my daily life.
I think I will listen to it now and then, to remember to stand up straight, and perhaps feel inspired to implement something new.

ATTENTION the reader is not the same as in the sem

I bought the audio book because the author impressed me in a podcast interview. He was so awake and energetic. He had such fascinating ideas and clever approaches that I immediately bought the printed book. Unfortunately, English is not my mother tongue so reading, although the book started great, progressed very slowly. So the audiobook should be of help, especially because it seemed to be read by the author himself, which I thought was great.
Unfortunately, things turned out differently. In the audio sample you can hear the author, but he only reads the foreword. Then an incredibly sleepy voice takes over that reminds of a bored student reading from a school textbook to the class.
It's hard to bear. In places he tries to vary the voice, but falls asleep again and again.
Unfortunately, this is very disturbing for a book that speaks of vitality, exercise, health and joy in life.
after 20 minutes I gave up because it was more of an effort than reading it myself.
What a pity!!!!
