Brilliant and inspiring
It is so inspiring and motivating. I just had to keep reading as it was so exicting and I could sympathize so much with Russ. So cool that it has so much packed in such a short story. Very beautiful. I think I've learnt quite a bit and most important thing: I know where to start and how to implement it.
Only thing to mention: the story is almost too good to be true. I would love to see a difficulty and how the main character and the coach would have responded to it. It just seemed a little bit too smooth.

Nice story around key learnings
While I had heart some of the learnings before, I did not hear them as a story. This makes it really easy and fun to listen to. I will certainly try to apply some of it to my business.
