Mac had to be out of his mind.

Completely out of his ever-loving mind to even consider rooming with Gideon. The same guy he kissed during his freshman year who said he was straight. To Browerton University, he's the popular guy getting over a breakup. To his family . . . the dutiful and responsible son. But rooming with Mac was bringing up old memories and forming new ones. First, a friendship develops, and then a late night infused with alcohol pushes them into uncharted, benefits-laden waters.

As their sexual experimentation continues, and the lies add up, both of them fight to withstand the feelings growing between them, feelings that could ruin their friendship and topple Gideon's house of cards for good.

Heartwrenching & Beautiful

Mac's & Gideon's Lovestory is a wonderful example for finding a way to ones own identity, being honest with ones wishes, desires and fears and the great power of true love and resilience.
I loved every minute of listening.

Mac and Gideon

Great story including love, romance, humor and sadness. Sometimes I just didn't like Gideon with the way he acted on his brother or his lies and tje way he sometimes treated Mac. But he actually was a great guy in the end. Even his mother somehow grew on me during the story and she isn't as bad as one might think. There are also quite some hilarious situations in this story, but I especially loved the last dialogue in the final chapter. Just wait for it. Totally recommended. The narrator is just great too.
