Wunderbar geschrieben und gesprochen. Das Englisch ist gut verständlich. Wichtige zeitgeschichtliche Einblicke in ein Geschehen welches die gesamte Welt beeinflusst hat und weiterhin hätte wäre es erfolgreich beendet worden. Was immer Liz Cheney politisch verfolgt, sie wird historisch bewertet als eine der mutigsten Frauen unseres Jahrhunderts in die Geschichte eingehen. Als jene Frau, die mit anderen Frauen, die amerikanische Republik vor dem Nepotismus und Untergang bewahrt hat.
Ein Buch,was wie kein anderes Buch zuvor mich abwechselnd zwischen Gänsehaut Momenten und Tränen in den Augen berührt hat.
Wenn Obama fürs nichts tun den Friedensnobelpreis bekommen hat, hat Liz Cheney ihn allemal verdient für ihren Mut sich gegen ihre eigene Partei zu stellen, ihre Zivilcourage und ihre Verpflichtung gegenüber der amerikanischen Verfassung.
Jeder, der wissen will was am 6. Januar geschehen ist, muss dieses Buch lesen. Keiner soll sagen können, wir hätten nicht gewusst was geschieht, wenn Trump einen zweites Mal ins Weiße Haus einzieht.
