Bin seit 10 Jahren aktiv im Job. ich habe auch meine Techniken und vieles wieder erkannt. z.B Gefühle benennen, sie soweit zulassen und supporten wie möglich (Rahmenbedingungen im Blick)

Ao spuckt mir N. ins Gesicht wenn ich ihm vom Kicken abhalte "ich lass dich nicht andere treten!" Das ist mein Job.

Also das Buch gab mir zum einen Bestätigung. Was sehr wichtig ist denn meine ehemalige Chefin war ein Time out Praktiker. Sie gab mir den Rat, Kinder wie N bei ihr im Büro ab zu geben und schimpfte eher als zuerst die spielerische Variante zu nehmen was mir bei manchen Kindern die entweder krank oder einfach nur Stolz auf eigene Fortschritte waren nur leid tat.

Diese Frau leitet weiter ihrw kleine familiäre Kita
und ich vermisse meine Kinder.

Doch ja die Bestätigung war gut. Die brauchte ich. Zu dem hab ich mein Englisch etwas trainiert und etwa 20 prozent neue Ideen/Perspektiven gehört.

Also für Leute, die mit Kindern arbeiten, auch mit jahrelanger Erfahrung im Joballtag oder Englisch als Zweitsprache b2 niveau sehr zu empfehlen!!!

I found the content (advice, tools and anecdotes) very relatable and helpful. I appreciated that the different people sharing their stories and the two authors were read by different readers/voices. I think it's a book that might be even better to hear (as audiobook) as to read. I recommend it.
