One of my favorites!!!
Fun, chill, easy to listen to Litrpg. I ve been grinning all through the story, if not laughing out loud. If I had to compare it with an other litrpg, I d go for the obvious “he who fights with monsters”. It’s the same speaker, same type of humor but way more relaxed. Perfect for fishing.

Fun lighthearted and enjoyable
Loved the whole book. The characters are intresting and lovable and the story keeps you entertained for marvelous 23+hours

Literally awesome
The story is great, the MC is lovable but also every character! it's well written and as usual heath's performance is superb. If you're uncertain: Buy it.

Super litrpg quasi ohne stats bisher.
Die Story und das Tempo gefällt mir sehr gut. Die Charaktere finde ich persönlich gut beschrieben und mit angenehmer Tiefe. Den Sprecher kenne und liebe ich von He who fights with monsters. Alles in allem definitiv weiter zu empfehlen!

Nice slice of life with typical elements of the genre + food porn
Could have been a bit less food porn, but otherwise very enjoyable. The performance was awesome as expected from the narrator.

I love the speaker and the story
It is relaxing and very interesting at the same time. It goes in the direction from the guy who fights with monsters, especially the jokes and the sarcasm. Bring me the next book Audible 🤭

Very fun slice-of-life story
I had no idea what I was getting into and was very pleasantly surprised with a fun, entertaining feel-good story. Rather lengthy but never boring. Full of likable characters. Looking forward to part 2!

New take on Isekai
it's fun and different. The protag. is neither a psycho nor a immature child. Also nice that not every female character gets hyper sexualised. narrator is great as allways.

A Cozy slice of Life Story
It’s pretty much what you expect from the description. A nice and cozy Story about fishing with side effects like being a heretic and inexplicably growing stronger together with some friends. If you’re looking for a relaxing story to listen to this might just be what you’re looking for. Narrator does an excellent and was a big reason for me to give the story a try.
