Tremendous resource on broadening one’s perspective on the different facets of leadership. Found the practical advice to be spot on. Someone said - “we’ll begun is half done”. This book really takes care of the first half of one’s leadership journey. For the second half, which is super specific to one’s situation, it helps in framing the topics by providing a system. I am better off having gone through this book.

Was wäre für andere Hörer sonst noch hilfreich zu wissen, um das Hörbuch richtig einschätzen zu können?

Generell ist das Buch recht gut und gibt gute anregungspunkte. Nach einiger Zeit hatte ich allerdings das Gefühl das es sich hier auch um eine Konzern gehirnwäsche handelt und man seine Arbeit immer als wichtigstes Ding im Leben ansehen muss um an der Spitze zu sein.
