important insights to understand the manipulation
This book was the most helpful information for me and my many friends to be able to leave a Christian Korean High Control Group/Cult very similar to the Moonies (Unification Church).
This book speaks about a Korean cult, but the book reveals the tactics of mind control for cults/destructive groups in general.
I wish, everyone would read this book, as it helps you when you are in a high control group and struggle to leave, but it also helps the people who have their loved ones in a cult.
You can understand what the cult member feels, why he/she behaves in a certain way. So hopefully, you will be able to leave the harmful organization you might be in, or you can help your loved one leave the organization.
This is the best book I read in my entire life. Life saving - literally.

Glad I finally read it
I'm a 4th (family) generation Scientologist who only spent around five years in and out of the public and after 16 years am finally working through what happened and how to deal with it. This book is a(nother) first step in the right direction.

Extremly handy book
I found this book extremly helpful in understanding cult mind control. It' s incredible how much of those technics are applied in so many fields. As well, offered me valuable informations related to districtive cults and how to identify them.
