Not so amazing
Mostly only focus is on meditation and yoga to discover inner strength
No focus on how to negotiate our social contracts on a verbal level with other people and how to become a leader in everyday life.
Meditation doesn’t equip people with the skills and techniques to verbally defend and attack in the face of everyday conversations and challenges at work or in private. Meditation is one tool that can help but it’s not the only one.
Besides the meditation and yoga aspect of the book, the rest of the book just summarizes quickly the current literature on self-help. Other courses and books are more insightful.
