The Exorcist meets Lord of the Flies
A solid book if you're into religious themes and horror. I have to admit that Peter was a slightly annoying main character.
The voice actor is great, though, and it's a great little listen. The religious themes were a bit cheese and cringy at times, but I guess that's to be expected.

Great story, brilliant reader
This was my first Audiobook by Philip Fracassi and I found it because I was looking for books narrated by David Aaron Baker. As a big fan of Stephen King and Dean Koontz I really enjoyed the book. It is for sure in the same league as early King and Koontz books.
However, the best about the book is the narration by David Aaron Baker. I loved his work as Odd Thomas and this one comes really close.
Definitely a recommendation, if you are waiting for a new King novel and have to find something in the meantime.
