Biography Ann lives in West Texas (USA) with her husband and several pets. She writes fiction usually wrapped around a hidden kernel of truth. Her stories are sometimes paranormal, sometimes not; sometimes YA, sometimes not. Her first published novella is The Phantom Pilot. It is highly reminiscent of her own childhood, but with a ghostly twist. The second book in the Phantom Series, The Phantom Student, will be published in October (also by Cool Well Press). Ann has several short stories in print. CHEMS is available at Amazon as a stand alone story about a pseudo-zombie and the boy who finds him. The Soul Gardener is about a changeling-angel who must rescue a shape-shifter. It is in the anthology, Timeless, edited by Denise Vitola. In September, two more stories, Blister Bear and Skeleton Rock, will be published in the anthology, Campfire Tales (also by Cool Well Press). And you can also read a couple of short-short stories (In Search of Water and The Gap) in the lit-mag The Rusty Nail (April 16th onlline or in the June print edition).
