I have wanted to do this for so long - so here is my first podcast discussion/episode.
I thought I'd dive into simpler life and sustainability... while also sharing some things about me :)
SO many sad statistics about the fashion industry and food, and how they are so unsustainable, so I thought I'd share some of my own tips and tricks on how to improve and be more sustainable when it comes to these two big things that we do on a daily basis.
