Natalie is so evidently passionate about being a teacher and about being a student that Lacey was almost convinced to switch everything up and head back to school.

In their conversation, they discussed the day to day of being a teacher, how she developed her teaching style, the nitty gritty of the final stages of her PhD and, of course, Lacey gets Natalie's advice on all of the above.
