    Antonio Pedraza, DVM, has always had a lifelong passion for animals, and because of this he decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After obtaining his veterinary license, Pedraza moved to the United Kingdom to continue his postgraduate training with ESPVS (European School of Postgraduate Veterinary Studies) and BSAVA (British Small Animal Veterinary Association). His focus was primarily in orthopedics, spinal, and complex soft tissue surgery. Pedraza has received extensive training in Endoscopy and Laparoscopy procedures. In Madrid, he earned a Master’s degree in Small Animal Surgery & Traumatology. He then moved to Los Angeles with his wife, a California native.

    Pedraza strongly believes that the key to good veterinary medicine is integrating clinical skills and proficiency with good client communication. He prides himself on being attuned to the needs of his patients and their loved ones. He fosters open communication with his clients and a supportive atmosphere, and firmly believes this will facilitate the best long-term outcome for his patients.

    Since moving to Los Angeles, Pedraza has been providing his services to hospitals in and around Los Angeles.

    Bio:

    Michelle Evason, BSc, DVM, DACVIM (SAIM), MRCVS, serves as Global Director, Veterinary Clinical Education for Antech (MARS). She has worked in general practice, academia, specialty clinical practice, and in the animal health industry. Michelle has published on numerous infectious diseases, antimicrobial stewardship, nutrition, spectrum of care, veterinary- and pet-owner education related topics. She enjoys ferrying her two-legged (and four-legged) children to various activities and fulfilling most ‘Canuck’ stereotypes.

    Megan Bauer, DVM, Fear Free Certified Elite, co-owner and medical director of Latah Creek Animal Hospital, graduated from Washington State University in 2015 and became Spokane’s first Fear Free Certified veterinarian. She is passionate about behavioral medicine and feline care but loves all her patients. Outside of work, Bauer enjoys camping, four-wheeling, and agility training with her two dogs, Remy Pierre and Oliver Elvis, and spending time with her three cats, Trixie, Chandler, and Jinkx, and beardy, Kevin.
    Jessica Osborne, CVPM, Fear Free Certified Elite, co-owner and hospital manager of Latah Creek Animal Hospital, has been in veterinary medicine since 2003 and earned her CVPM in 2016, becoming Spokane’s first. A Fear Free advocate, she helped certify Eastern WAs first practice, and helped Latah Creek achieve Fear Free Practice Certification in 2021. Osborne is a thoughtful leader who values positivity and accountability. On weekends, she enjoys riding dirt bikes with her husband and kids, alongside their 2 dogs, Benelli and Dash, and 2 cats, Rocco Wilson and Gustov.
