  • Becoming a Slow Living CEO - the year when it all went wrong and right at the same time
    Sep 11 2024

In this deeply personal episode, I share the highs and lows of my journey over the past year — a year when everything seemed to go both right and wrong.

In the last episode i talked about how i in the last year came to the decision to start focusing on conscious entrepreneurship and mindful living, in this episode we'll dive into the details.

A journey of launching a successful business and having to shut it down due to illness, to rediscovering my passion and learning the critical importance of asking for help, I open up about the lessons I've learned.

Join me as I explore how embracing vulnerability, slowing down, and seeking support transformed my outlook on life and business.

Whether you're an entrepreneur, a creative, or someone navigating life's challenges, this episode is a reminder that growth often comes from the toughest moments.

Together, we'll reflect on why the journey matters just as much as the destination.

    Stay mindful 🤍

Are you unwillingly restricting yourself to a life that you were told you where supposed to have, and not actually living the life you want to have?

In this podcast we will explore topics that can help us expand our mindset and develop our life into something we want and love - a life with purpose and fulfilment through conscious entrepreneurship, personal development and slow living.

Hosted by Josephine Thornander, a real life Slow living CEO working as a consultant and coach:

    HI!🤍

I'm so happy you found your way here!

I'm Josephine, your spiritual management consultant based in Sweden. I've been shaping everything from small startups to high multi 8-figure enterprises since 2013, in the public, private and non profit sector.

I've been the person who built their career and business within the outdated normative career ladder, I bypassed my emotions, I felt that I needed to be perfect and "on" all the time to be successful.

I've been afraid that my company wouldn't support change in lifestyle (like having kids, moving house, or dealing with grief/illness) because I was too ON without a system.

And - it didn't feel good.

    So i rebuilt.

Now, equipped with an MBA, I have embraced authentic entrepreneurship and I live as I learn: with mindfulness in the countryside next to a lake outside Stockholm.

Days filled with helping entrepreneurs, brands and individuals reach their full potential while having the freedom and proximity to nature.

We live in a world that is connected and automated, where people, empathy and understanding have long been deprioritized.

That is why i believe in offering support and services that take a holistic view of your business and personal life.

Life can be exactly what you want it to be and if you set the goals, then I'll support you on the journey towards acheiving them.
