ESPN's Domonique Foxworth hopped on the Exempt List this week to talk all this NFC East. The Seahawks and 49ers have undergone big changes at quarterback, the Cardinals are debuting the smallest passing game in NFL history and the Rams have an even bigger discrepancy between the top and middle-class of their roster as they try to repeat.
