On this week’s episode we explain the reason behind our time away from the podcast, and talk with Josh Santiago, a Philadelphia native, and founder of Empowering Cuts.  Empowering Cuts is a nonprofit organization that travels the country providing free haircuts to homeless individuals because, “when you look good you feel good", a feeling Josh hopes to continue to give to all that sit in his chair.  Josh talks through his upbringing, his mobile barbershop, and how he leveraged his social media account to bring awareness to homelessness.
