Onward! Wilder! Free! is a spirited heartcast and the latest creation of yours truly, your host, and friend out in these psychedelic streets Hanifa Nayo Washington. This is my heart’s work, my heart’s joy, and gift to myself and to you. This heartcast is an invitation to journey ONWARD past conditioning deeper into the WILDER parts of our knowing and being to get FREE and to live there! 

Each episode is crafted to support and inspire well-being and resilience. We lean on the powerful practices of storytelling, mindfulness, song, and the insights from healing and integration supported by natural and psychedelic medicines. You have found a cozy and liberated space for re-membering, re-wilding, and re-imagining.

Is born of a Black, Indigenous, queer, large bodied, woman who holds the vision of beloved community in her DNA and whispers it in loving, deep tones into everything she creates. OWF! is for everyone and actively centers the voices, wisdom, and lived experience of highly melanated people.

The Onward! Wilder! Free! heartcast has 3 distinct offerings:

• Growing Wilder Storytelling Series (monthly)- Growing Wilder Is a witness to Hanifa’s precious life journey, its sweetness, its traumas, and the magic of choosing to heal. This tender chronicle spans my first 40 years and touches on Hanifa’s prophetic dream life, the juiciest slices of humble pie served up through her travels around the world, and the blessed learnings that have come through experiences with natural and psychedelic medicines.
• Guest Interviews (monthly)- OWF! features diverse and inspiring guests dedicated to personal growth, healing, and human potential. From storytellers to mindfulness experts, musicians to natural medicine practitioners, they share insights, practices, and empower listeners on their journey of self-discovery and self mastery 
• Heart Transmission for the Collective (quarterly)- At the times of the equinoxes and solstices, Hanifa Nayo offers this sacred and luminous ritual centering on drawing an oracle card and message for the collective. Followed by a intuited meditation. This is an offering of refuge and reflection on our  interconnected hearts in this revolution around the sun.
