    Since this is such a hot topic now and we just did an episode talking about men's mental health, we thought it would be good for us to dive right in to the subject of Testosterone.

    Who needs the therapy? What was our experience like getting tested? Are there other things you can do to boost your levels?

    While we actually didn't start TRT, we discuss our experience and results.

    Why do men have lower testosterone now than their parents and grandparents?

    What are some easy and safe ways to boost your testosterone levels and help slow the decline that happening with men in our society?

    We also encourage everyone to work with their primary care provider on any health issues they have.
