    Adam Sobel is a vegan chef and founder of America’s first vegan organic food truck, The Cinnamon Snail. The truck served its first meal on Valentines day of 2010 and went on to be a huge success and also have brick and mortar locations in the Financial District and Midtown in New York City.

    Adams book, Street Vegan: Recipes and Dispatches from The Cinnamon Snail Food Truck was published in 2015. Adam has cooked at the James beard House. He also represented the USA at the world street food congress in the Philippines

    The Cinnamon Snail won the coveted Vendy Award many times. The Cinnamon Snail was also featured on the food network and front page of the New York Times Dining out section and a bunch of other cool places.
