I have so many stories to tell because I have taken the time to ask my clients the questions. I ask what accidents, sports, physical feats have played in their condition. What job they have, how their emotional state has been, what life changes have recently happened and more. This podcast is to inspire others to be more mindful of their physical and mental care. Recovery is possible with patience and daily action.
