  • S1 E8: Journey to Healing

*TW* Sexual Assault discussed in detail.

My journey to awakening has been a wave of life events and during this intimate conversation with my dear friend, Jennie Willoughby, I share my story; my experience with misplaced identity, depression, and sexual trauma.  Through my healing process I am clear that my mission is to be the light for anyone in a dark space.  I believe to my core that healing is a collective up-level for all humanity.  When one person heals, that offers healing for another soul.  "My healing is your healing and OUR healing is Power."~ Jill Heiman
