  • How To Use Your Biggest Regrets To Change Your Life
    Dec 30 2021

Being stuck in regret stops you living your life the way you want.

Don't you think it's time to decide to let go of all that?

You can't change the past but you can certainly change the future by forgiving yourself and others in the present.

I have a gift for you. It's a free report on 50 different ways you can Invest In Yourself.

You can get it at wlmind.com/50, That's w-l-m-i-n-d.com/5-0

We’ve all been there. You totally messed up, hurt someone’s feelings, or missed a big opportunity that could've made a significant difference in your life. You made a mistake. And now, you are living with regret for your past errors.

Learn To View Your Mistakes as Positive

Mistakes are how we learn and grow as humans. But, you have to learn to change your mindset about mistakes so you can move past regrets in life. Here are four strategies for learning to do just that.

1 - Remember That No One Is Perfect

Every single person on this planet makes mistakes. We're humans, and we are fallible. You'll keep making mistakes as you get older. It’s time to let go of the false ideas that somehow, you can just learn everything you need to know and stop messing up in life.

2 - Stop All the Negative Self-Talk Now

Engaging in negative self-talk is one way we hold on to our regret. We tell ourselves all kinds of negative stuff based on our regrets. When you hear yourself doing this, stop it fast. Pay attention to how you talk about yourself, and when you notice those negative feelings surfacing, stop them.

3 - Practice Gratitude Every Day

By focusing on all the things you're grateful for, you learn to embrace the positive aspects of your life. Start a gratitude journal, and write down several things each day that you appreciate or find important in life. Focus your energy on the positive aspects of your life, and you’ll soon notice your regrets lose their importance.

4 - Learn To Forgive Yourself

Sometimes, we can’t make up for our past mistakes. It’s time to forgive yourself so that you can move on. Offer a genuine apology to yourself and others whom you wronged, admit your mistake, and forgive yourself for the past. You can try writing apology letters to help let go of regrets.

    Final Thoughts

If you aren’t making mistakes, you aren’t living. Mistakes happen when you are changing, growing, and learning. Let go of those regrets and turn your mistakes into a new chance for a better future.

  • Introduction To Investing In Yourself
    Dec 27 2021

Hello, I'm Rick Taylar, and this is my new podcast, Investing In Yourself!

I believe anyone can improve their lives. You just need to invest in yourself enough to achieve all of your desires.

So, what topics will Investing In Yourself cover?

I'll go over that a little later, but right now let me give you a brief introduction of myself.

I'm originally from New Zealand. I grew up hating the entire education system. I secretly felt, though showed it in my attitude, that school was actually holding me back. I believed I should be 100% in control of what I learned.

It wasn't until AFTER I graduated that my real education began. I brutally discovered that life doesn't always go the way you planned. I suffered a lot. But somehow I managed to keep moving forward.

We all need support from others to achieve our very best in life. It's not just about how much money you have either. Many wealthy people have no financial problems but many feel empty inside.

They could end up spending their entire fortunes and still not be able to fill that void. Money just can't buy what people truly need.

Don't misunderstand me here, I have no issues about money or becoming rich. It's all about your attitude towards yourself and others that's important.

As William James of Harvard said, "The greatest discovery was that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind."

    Your attitude is the key!

So, what are some of the topics we'll be covering on Investing In Yourself?

As you might've guessed, the scope is quite large. But, we'll be covering topics like these.

anti-aging, wellness, mindfulness, self-esteem, positive psychology, how to elevate your mood, introspection, goals, meditation, clarity of who you are, expanding your awareness, inspiration, spirituality, and much more.

Above all I want this show to be inspiring, motivating and freeing for you. I want you to improve yourself, your loved-ones, your friends and your colleagues. I want you to live a more fulfilling life, more than you ever thought possible.

The Investing In Yourself Podcast is a biweekly show. It'll be about 5-10 minutes in length and released on Mondays and Wednesdays.

I hope you'll join us every week and I hope you'll use the tools and ideas to better your life.
