• How fear impacts your life

    Do you have a fear that is so paralyzing that it stops you from living your life? It's taken me over 5 years to work on my fear. This was an emotional episode for me to record because of how deeply my fear removed me from my family and kept me from sharing such special memories with my family. I finally decided I was no longer going to sit and watch. My biggest improvement and realization happened during a transformative breathwork session. For the first time, I realized the impact of what this trip meant for me and overcoming my fear. I'm still a work in progress, but fear will no longer hold me back. I want to help you have this same feeling. It's powerful, and I know you can do this too!

  • How to break free from feeling not good enough

    One of the worst feelings in the world is feeling like you are not good enough. I'm all too familiar with this, it seriously plagued me for most of my adult life and if I'm being honest, it still creeps up every now and again. Fortunately, I have learned how to put the smack down on this and I want to share some of the things that have been helpful for me.

    Oh, and if you're like me and love writing with pen and paper, but don't love the stacks of notebooks that you accumulate, this is the erasable notebook I was talking about that I use and love - Rocketbook They also make a daily/weekly/monthly calendar notebook that is quite handy too!

    Today's episode is about self-acceptance. We'll get into how the cycle of negative behaviors and thought patterns start, bring awareness to some of the negative aspects in our thoughts we might not even realize exist, and 5 simple steps to begin to identify elements needed to start the path to self-acceptance.

    This worksheet comes from Colin Tipping at RadicalForgiveness.com and I found it very a insightful way to work towards forgiving and accepting yourself.     The next worksheet comes from the Self-Esteem Experts (Susyn Reeve and Joan Breiner) and will help you identify your core beliefs, and realize where they came from, which is an important step in getting to know and accepting yourself.
