However, this plan still needs to be approved by the MLBPA and based on some the ideas in it, especially revenue sharing, I have my doubts that this will be the final plan.     The newest proposal for a 2020 MLB Season is the most ambitious yet with all 30 teams playing in their own home ballparks. However, it also does away with the National League and American League. Instead, there would be three divisions consisting of 10 teams each. These 10 teams would never play any teams outside of their own division. It would be interesting to watch but there just too many challenges to make it happen... not to mention, owners are wanting to pay the players even less if there are no fans.. and that is an agreement I don't see happening.
