First of all, there is no such thing as "crazy", the generations before us would strongly disagree with that statement but it's TRUE. Back in the day this term of mental health wasn't even thought of, people who spoke about mental health or feeling off were shunned, discouraged and put down. WHY?... even now in modern times is the conversation around mental health viewed as taboo? The strength behind admitting you are NOT ok should not be viewed as WEAK. Is it that everyone is perfect all of the time and. only those BRAVE enough are viewed as "crazy"? Let's be honest..nobody want's to show their Broken Pieces....
