Now he's on a mission to make a difference and has founded his own charity, The Organ Trail.In this episode we take a deep dive into his charity, his transplant story, and his love life.From diagnosis to transplantation, JT has been blessed to have a support system that refused to let him quit.

Driven by gratitude and the purpose of giving back, JT is determined to be that person for patients/students who are facing a similar situation. The Organ Trail will offer scholarships for students currently waiting for a transplant and students who have already received a transplant to be used for classes, books, or even rent.
