In this tenth episode in the 2TO1 Podcast series, Orion and Lizzie interview Carolyn Taylor who runs Carolyn Taylor Hypnotherapy.

Carolyn is a qualified hypnotherapist with over twenty years’ experience of helping people overcome emotional eating and other uncomfortable relationships with food. She is trained in an amazing array of things including analytical hypnotherapy, counselling practice, clinical hypnotherapy, ericksonian hypnotherapy, regression therapy, rapid transformational therapy and timeline therapy. She's an NLP practitioner, a Reiki master teacher, a life coach and adult education tutor and also happens to be a fully licenced paranormal investigator, so basically a ghost hunter!

Carolyn shares with us her fascinating, zigzagging path to success and goes through some of her greatest challenges, including going to university and getting divorced at the same time. She has visited some of the most haunted places in the UK and has some interesting insights about her supernatural investigations. I know who I'm going to call if there's ever something strange in my neighbourhood!
