Great

in some phases of life we worry a lot.. which does not solve the problems, but makes us more frustrated. we think it's natural and cannot help it. But Joyce teaches us to LEARN to be worry free. principles of this book according to God's word is really good.
" Jesus says who can add height to the body or turn the grey hair black by worrying. "
