Probably the audiobook is good, because Dr Dyer is great, but unfortunately, the background music is so loud, that what is in the background is the voice of Dr Dyer and it´s basically impossible to listen to it. I realized after a while that I was not only not listening to it, but it would get me so annoyed, that I was getting in not a good mood.
I had to stop listening to it.
