Uncharted rough waters for Ezra&Rusty to conquer

Not in a million years Ezra would have thought that his silent crush on the handsome rugged stranger, who runs his boat into the bay daily, is mutual. Well sort of, as he and Rusty become friends easily. But Rusty is straigth, right? Rusty is totally confused. He loves the easy camaraderie he has with his new friend Ezra. He loves showing the young artist the beautiful wilderness around his hometown and giving him lots of new inspirations. But is he man enough to further persue his newly founded seaweed farm and explore the growing attraction to Ezra?

The third book of the Hart's Bay series sets the focus on artist Ezra and outdoorsy guy Rusty. Again E.Davies has created a really heart warming couple, both so gentle and sweet together despite the contrast backgrounds (city boy/artist and nature&sea guy). Glad that Rusty luckily catches up quickly on his strange new feelings. I also love how the 5 young men are bringing new life into dormant Heart's Bay village with their gallery now. Again a well crafted story with a realistic relationship development and fresh, vivid dialoges.

Greg Boudreaux has done another marvellous narration keeping you glued to this slow and tender story. He brings out perfectly Ezra's joy and exitment on the boat tours and his secret longing and insecurities. And Rusty's honest way how he treats the young artist and how he repeatedly shows Ezra that he truely deserves to be loved and cared for. The seaweed farmer and the artist are an absolutely amazing couple, who will make me coming back to the Heart's Bay stories again and again soon.
