I guess I just can't stand age gap romances

the voice actors were amazing. I was so blown away by the versatility of Zeus' voice.

But I realized not far into the story that my absolute ick was the way the male protagonist talked about the female protagonist. I could have done withouy all the "virgin teen pxxxy" and the "my hot and sxxy teenage wife" and even worse stuff. I mean, him saying that he had fallen for her 10 years ago (when she was 7!) is just... Immediately no.

the whole story was like a total grooming fest and I guess I need to stay away from books like that because imho it's gross.

other than that the writing is, like in all her books, wonderful.
