it's also the point where a second narrator would have been needed. Because yes I love Doms Narrator and this time I did not need to fuzz with the speed, they fixed that. But between Dom and Alex POV it's just the tint of the voice and I got confused several times.

As for the story. Everything is coming down, all the tension built up in the previous books is now cracking and it's the amazing experience of a good plot, good character build and a slow burn relationship. I loved it.
Even if not everybody is happy, not everybody survived, I can live with the outcome and so must the characters.

The Fish & Chips night was so wholesome. I'm kinda mad that the apartment night was like SJMs infamous "So Lorcan did". Call me creedy, but I f*cking want it all.

I do think the story is pretty imaginative and entertaining and that the whole concept behind the latents is pretty original. The story also has it's unintentionally funny moments. Not sure if that was supposed to be a joke, but it certainly broke character for all involved for that moment (I also always park my signature sports car directly in front of houses I want to secretly enter, seems like a really great idea) and seemed badly thought out.

The narration is pretty gruff and rough, which i personally really dislike (I personally like smooth and melodic male voices better). The intonation is all over the place at times. The narrator likes to pitch low, growly and forceful a lot where I think it doesn't fit the characters that are speaking at all.
