Mafia Romance at its finest. Hot!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Wow, what an intense thrill ride. Rina Kent never disappoints. Once I start her books I cannot stop. This one is no different. The ending made my heart stop. I cannot wait for the conclusion with Throne of Vengeance.
Rai is a Mafia princess trying to stay in control in a male-dominated world. Kyle her former protector and an assassin is after her kingdom. She hates him, he wants to own her! They find themselves in an arranged marriage to deepen & strengthen Mafia alliances. There is a constant push and pull of trying to stay in control of power and desire, but can they fight against their unwanted but undeniable attraction?
Rina has written yet another gripping, powerful, dark, hot as hell romance. I was on the edge of my seat and quickly pulled into this story with its secrecy, power, betrayal, undeniable lust, dirty talk, twisted temptation, explicit sex scenes, suspense, and sizzling chemistry.
Vanessa Edwin & Shane East are one of my favourite audio pairing and the reason why shows again with this intense powerful performance. Their talent shows no boundaries. Words fail me. The accents, the delivery of the different characters, each was distinguishable down to the youngest. Just incredible.
Shane can´t do no wrong in my eyes and really brought the sexy alpha hole to life portraying devilish handsome Kyle with his dirty, twisted, arrogant, sarcastic character and ways.
Vanessa, oh my lord, she ruled that one! What a powerful performance bringing strong, sexy, feisty, stubborn, no b/s Rai to life. She rocked the interpretation of the side characters, especially her male voices, just wow!
I can´t believe I have to wait a few more weeks for part 2! Counting the minutes.
